TECHNICAL APPLICATION IS ALSO EXPANDED

The two Technical Application Laboratories (TAL) also received improvements. At TAL Leather, a physical restructuring improved the working environment and evaluation of the leather produced. This laboratory has a set of 10 stainless steel drums and eight wooden drums, which enable the development of all processes, from the beamhouse to the wet end. Drying and pre-finishing equipment complement the structure.

At TAL Textile, the space was expanded with the addition of another 20 square meters. In this laboratory, tests are carried out on preparation, dyeing, finishing and printing products for different types of fabrics. Application processes at various stages of textile processing are also optimized. The laboratory has two machines for the depletion process, two laboratory branches, foulard, reflectance spectrophotometer, printing table, rotational viscometer, light booth and coating equipment.

The Technical Application Laboratories, in addition to supporting the research and development of MK QUÍMICA products, also serve customers who require studies of alternatives for their processes. The Technical Application team is made up of eight professionals, including Technicians, Chemists and Engineers.
